Your first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and background. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and begin outlining a personalized approach.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed. It offers a structured space to gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being.

  • Medication can be helpful for some individuals, but therapy addresses underlying patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that contribute to distress. Many people benefit from therapy alone or in combination with medical support.

  • The length of therapy varies from person to person. The duration varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work, while others prefer longer-term support.

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, with frequency adjusted over time based on progress and preferences.

  • Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and conducted via secure telehealth. The fee is $175 per session. A 20-minute consultation is available for $25. Payment is collected at the start of each session.Payment is collected prior to each session. Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, or you may pay via Zelle.

  • I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Services are private pay. A superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed or late-canceled sessions are subject to a $115 fee.

  • Payment is collected prior to each therapy session.

    To keep things simple and seamless, payment is collected before each session. You’ll receive a secure payment link, or you can pay via Zelle—whichever works best for you. Kindly ensure payment is completed prior to your session.
